OPTO's Quick Ship Program is designed to give you customized store fixtures in the shortest amount of time. With that goal in mind, we've tried to make the selection and ordering process as easy as possible.
Most of the questions you may have are addressed in our Frequently Asked Questions section. There, you will find out how to order, how Quick Ship items ship, and what you can expect to receive in your order. Please take a look at the FAQ as a first step to finding your answers.

|
Quick Ship is OPTO's retail solution for those who don't have the luxury of time. With Quick Ship, you can outfit your entire store in beautiful, customized store fixtures without having to wait the typical 6-12 weeks required by most fixture manufacturers. We've made it simple for retailers to design and specify their own store with our most popular store fixtures. Whether you need a single store fixture for a new focal display or a full store fixture makeover, OPTO's Quick Ship can deliver in an incredibly short two-week lead time.

| Are Quick Ship items part of The Options Collection®? |
Yes. Quick Ship fixtures are the most popular items from OPTO's full line of fixtures and accessories. They will coordinate with any other fixture from The Options Collection®. Quick Ship's limited fixture menu and pre-configured style options allow OPTO to deliver these fixtures to you in the shortest lead time possible.

| How do I place an order for Quick Ship items? |
Placing an order for Quick Ship items is easy. Follow these simple steps:
- Select units you wish to order from the Units section of the Quick Ship web site.
- Choose a panel style for your store. Quick Ship offers nine different panel configurations for Quick Ship units, including perforated metal, woodgrain laminates and solid laminates.
- Choose Shelving and Accessories to work with your Quick Ship Units. Shelves and accessories are ordered individually, so you can choose to merchandise your Quick Ship units any way you'd like. If you need to see some examples, be sure to check out the fully accessorized Quick Ship units in our Sample Floor Plans.
- Download the Quick Ship order form from this web site. You can link to the order form from every page in the Quick Ship web site. Click here to download the Quick Ship Order Form now.
- Complete the billing and shipping information sections of the order form. This information is important to complete your fixture order without any delays.
- Mark the quantities of all Quick Ship units and accessories, as well as your panel style choice. Quick Ship units and accessories are purchased individually, so all quantities of like-items are grouped together. (There's no need to specify which accessories you're planning on using with each fixture.)
- Fax your order form to OPTO at 847-541-8160. You will receive a Quick Ship order confirmation, complete with your Order Tracking Number, as soon as your order is processed.

| How much does Quick Ship cost? |
All prices for Quick Ship units and accessories are detailed out on the Quick Ship order form. Simply specify the quantities of each item you want and total up your cost at the bottom of the order form.

| How do I pay for my Quick Ship order? |
Payng for Quick Ship orders is done in a two-step process. First, you will need to send in a deposit check for 50% of the value of your order. OPTO must receive your 50% deposit before your order will ship. Secondly, you will receive an invoice in the mail for the remaining 50% of your order, as well as actual shipping costs. Invoice payment is due 30 days from the ship date of your order.

| Can I pay using a credit card? |
At this time, OPTO does not accept credit card payments for Quick Ship orders. You will need to send in a 50% deposit check when you place your Quick Ship order. The check must be received before your Quick Ship units can be shipped.

| Is there a discount for ordering more fixtures? |
No. All Quick Ship items are the same cost, regardless of quantity ordered.

| Does the two-week lead time include shipping time? |
No. Quick Ship orders will be ready to ship in two weeks or less. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping address. Usually, Quick Ship items will be delivered in 2-5 working days after shipment.

| How are Quick Ship items shipped? |
Quick Ship units are shipped flat-packed, with the exception of tables and the T-Shirt tower. (Minimal assembly will be required at your store's location for most units.) Units are then skidded and shipped via a common carrier (e.g. Roadway) to your location.
Quick Ship shelving and accessories are carefully packed and boxed. Depending on the size of your order, accessories are shipped via UPS (for very small orders) or packed with your units and shipped via common carrier.

| Do I need a loading dock to accept a Quick Ship delivery? |
If you do not have a loading dock, you will need to specify this on the Quick Ship order form. Without a loading dock, special shipping considerations will be made by OPTO and additional shipping charges may apply.

| How much can I expect to pay for shipping? |
Although shipping costs vary depending on shipment location and order size, you can estimate shipping costs to be 8%-10% of your order value. Actual shipping charges will be reflected on your final payment invoice once your order has shipped.

| How do I send in my order? |

| Can I customize some of the items in my Quick Ship order? |
Customization is built into the Quick Ship program with panel styles and accessory selection. If you wish to custmoize your units beyond what the Quick Ship program offers, the unit no longer qualifies as Quick Ship and may not be available in the Quick Ship lead time.

| Can I order items from OPTO that are not part of the Quick Ship program? |
Yes. Items that are not part of the quick ship program will be processed as a separate order with a separate lead time. Please call 847-541-OPTO for a quotation on units that are not part of the Quick Ship program.

| Can I track my order once it has been placed? |
Yes. You will be given an order reference number (e.g., A12345) once your Quick Ship order is placed. You can call 847-541-OPTO and give your order reference number to find out the status of your order or get tracking information once the order has shipped.

| What is my Order Reference Number, and where can I find it? |
Your Order Reference Number is your unique reference number to your specific Quick Ship order (example: A12345). You will need this number whenever you contact OPTO about your order.
Once you place your Quick Ship order, you can find your Order Reference number on the Quick Ship order confirmation sent to you. You can also find this number on your invoice and on freight bills of lading (BOLs).

| How do I make changes to or cancel my Quick Ship order? |
Call 847-541-OPTO and ask to speak to a Quick Ship representative.
- If you have not received an order confirmation yet, you can make changes to or cancel your Quick Ship order without penalties.
- If you've received an Order Reference Number, your order is already being processed. Shipping delays and/or processing fees may be incurred.
- You can cancel a Quick Ship order at any time up until your order ships. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
