OPTO was excited to partner once again with Legends Global for the 2025 Ryder Cup, to effectively create the largest immersive retail experience in the history of the event. Across the tournament grounds, fans enjoyed seamless access to an impressive selection of branded apparel, accessories, gifts, and memorabilia.
Set on the historic Black Course at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York, three distinct retail tents were specially designed to ensure fans could access championship merchandise in convenient locations around the course. A 60k square foot retail tent outfitted with uniquely branded merchandise served as the main pavilion and flagship retail location for the event. The second temporary space consisted of a mobile trailer that unfolds into a permanent-looking, 1,800 square foot store with floor to ceiling glass walls that wrap around and give it a look to rival a similar sized brick and mortar location. The third location – a 10k square foot tent to extend the merchandising reach of the main tent across the tournament grounds. All outfitted with our suite of floor fixtures, wall units, tables, and checkout counters, each location was expertly engineered to handle maximum foot traffic for the duration of the event.
Designed for mobility and performance, OPTO’s Snap!, Reveal, Evolve, and Pop-Up fixtures had to be transportable, with fully installed product illumination, as well as an adjustable leveling system to adapt to uneven terrain.
Engineered for longevity and flexibility, our fixtures have already provided Legends with maximum value with the flexibility to reconfigure them into fresh, newly branded layouts for multiple high-profile events like this one, such as the PGA Championship and the Indianapolis 500.
